WHY ISN'T MY CLOCK WORKING?
Take care when opening each order, many of our clocks have exposed hands that can be bent causing clocks to stop keeping time. If the hands are bent you can gently bend them back so they are not catching on each other.
Try a new battery. It doesn't happen often, but sometimes you will come across a bad one. Also make sure the clock switch is pushed completely to the on position. If it is not pushed all the way up, it may have issues.

WHAT DO I DO IF SOMETHING IS DAMAGED?
We thoroughly package all our items to ensure that they arrive intact to you. We understand that sometimes things get damaged in the shipping process. If this occurs please reach out to us via email with attached photos of the damaged items so that we can make it right. Please inspect all boxes for damage before accepting them from the delivery service.
Claims must be made within 14 days for full coverage.
WHY DON'T MY PRODUCTS LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE PICTURES?
Each piece we make is unique. The wood grain varies and even the patina copper naturally differs from piece to piece. Due to this not all products will arrive looking exactly like they do in the photographs.
